Focus on your most valuable activities by asking Why?

Every time you plan a task ask yourself, why you are doing this? If you can’t find any value to  the task then maybe you need to reevaluate. Schedule and limit time on least valuable activities  and create more room for more valuable activities 

Make Peace with time

Stop fighting time and trying to do too much 

Be realistic with your time

Make time your friend 

Avoid doing things when everyone else is doing the same thing

Beat the rush

Be flexible

Expect interruptions and work those into your schedules. Set reasonable expectations

Create a perhaps list

A reservoir of ideas ,opportunities and actions 

Things you may want to do but have no place on your schedule at the moment 

Review 

Ask yourself if these support your most valuable activities 

Handle interruptions effectively

It’s really tempting to interrupt large important tasks with smaller less important ones but every time we do this  its takes more effort and more time to get back on task.

To avoid this simply write a note of the small task and schedule with other smaller tasks so you don’t forget and you  can keep focused on the main task.
